We will review your request and, if approved, we’ll ask you to return the unused, unopened product (with its original seal or tags) using ground shipping. Once received, we’ll process a full refund or replacement within 7–10 business days.

Note: Our product is not designed to remove deep scratches, so returns for that reason won’t be accepted. Customers are responsible for return shipping.
